I can’t say enough great things about the homeschool swim program. Miss Nancy and her helpers Miss Tina and Miss Jeanine were excellent! They were patient and sweet with my young kids , and my kids learned a lot in a short time with them! -- Brandy

Although it is an older building, it rocks with the necessities of 21st Century living, such as massage, personal training, spinning rooms, updated treadmills, ellipticals, and weight machines. They have kettle balls, rooms for exercise and a large group room. Thee is a basketball gym, and a few surprises like the sauna in the basement. Best place around Wooster! -- Therese

SILVERSNEAKERS CLASSES ARE BACK!!!!!!

Silver Sneakers Classes are back at the Orrville Branch!

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 and 10 am!

At 9:00am is the SilverSneakers Cardio Circuit, a highly effective online on-demand class designed by SilverSneakers, tailored to suit the unique needs of elderly seniors and older adults. This innovative class incorporates high-intensity interval training (HIIT), a proven exercise strategy that challenges the heart and leads to powerful effects on total body fat loss, particularly in the midsection.

At 10:00am is the SilverSneakers Stretch which caters to the specific needs of elderly seniors and older adults. The class focuses on seated upper body flexibility and stretching, making it an ideal option for individuals seeking to improve their range of motion, enhance their posture, and alleviate muscle stiffness.
